I started to use an app on my mobile phone.

It's Samsung Health.
For now it's actually just for fun.
I don't have a smartwatch or something like this.
If I like it I can think about buying one.
Maybe sometimes I will post a printscreen.
Let's see how it works.

A good start in the morning

This week I was almost every day before work in the gym.
I also started today to drink a protein shake in the morning.
Maybe it has no big effect on my body,
but my well-being grows a lot.
I am still very proud of me.

I started four weeks ago with three times a week.
Now I am at six times.
Maybe next week I manage to go every single day.

but for me it's feels like a milestone.

that I can give to a streamer..
The videos and music are also a nice tthing.

Yesterday was the very first day that Sørup Is
opened for this season.
So they had this weekend an opening offer.
You get one ice ball for free.

I had three scoops of ice cream.

One with hazelnut, blackcurrant dream and liquorice.
It was a huge portion.
